Welcome to the website www.yourcolorvision.it, the official online store of Colorvision S.r.l. , hereinafter the Site.

Access to and use of the Site are activities governed by these General Conditions of Use. Access to and use of the Site, as well as the purchase of products, presuppose the reading, knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions of Use as well as the General Conditions of Sale. The Site is managed and maintained by Colorvision S.r.l., with registered office in 32040 – Domegge di Cadore (BL), Via Fiume 36, Italy, P.IVA/C.F 03717250249, hereinafter “Manager“.

For assistance and / or information regarding orders and shipments, refunds and returns of products purchased on the Site, suggestions and other general information on the services provided by the Site and the Manager, you can always contact the Manager by e-mail at info@yourcolorvision.it. For any other legal information, see the sections General Conditions of Sale, Withdrawal and Privacy Policy. The Manager may modify or simply update, in whole or in part, these General Conditions of Use. Changes and updates to the General Conditions of Use will be notified to users on the Homepage of the Site as soon as they are adopted and will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site in this same section. If the user does not agree, in whole or in part, with the General Conditions of Use of the Site, he is asked and invited not to use the Site.

Access to and use of the Site, including the display of web pages, any communication with the Manager, the possibility of downloading information on products and the purchase of the same on the Site, constitute activities conducted by our users exclusively for personal uses unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial and professional activity. By accessing the Site, the user will be the one and only responsible for the use of the same and its contents. The Manager, in fact, cannot be held responsible for the use not in accordance with the laws in force, of the Site and the contents by each of its users, without prejudice to the responsibility of the Manager for willful misconduct and gross negligence. The latter declines all responsibility for any damage resulting from the inaccessibility to the services on the Site or from any damage caused by viruses, damaged files, errors, omissions, service interruptions, deletion of content, problems connected to the network, providers or telephone and / or telematic connections, unauthorized access, alteration of data, failure and / or defective operation of the user’s electronic equipment.

The user is responsible for the custody and correct use of their personal information, including the credentials that allow access to the reserved services, as well as for any harmful consequence or prejudice that may arise against the Manager, or third parties, as a result of incorrect use, loss, theft of such information.
